Travel on Route 9 (Broadway) to Main Street in Irvington (gas station on your right).
Turn onto Main Street, travel down the hill to the end (train station).
Turn right onto Astor Street and continue over the bridge crossing the railroad tracks.
You are now traveling south on Bridge Street.
Park in the lot immediately to your right.
Enter the courtyard between the 2 buildings (sign for Red Hat restaurant).
Bear left and than stay to the right of the yellow building (Bespoke Education).
Enter the door that says "Iron Shop entrance".
We're the 2nd office on the left, suite 94.
